I have repeatedly asked them to contact the owner of the property next door to mine, as they have their details, due to that property's roof leaking and causing water to leak into my bedroom, they have assured me on three occasions that they would pass on the message and the owner would contact me, I've heard nothing and the leak is getting worse. I feel they simple do not care, as there isn't a sale at the end of it !!

What a brilliant estate agent !

We are feeling so lucky Hedd was the one to have guided us through the process of getting our new (and first) house.
We felt so overwhelmed by the choices on the market and Hedd has professionally and passionately supported us through the whole process.
From the first moment, we knew Hedd had our best interest in mind. She went the extra mile to understand our needs and wants, and helped us envision how our dream house should look like.

Hedd has been very approachable and was always happy to support us with all of our odd enquiries (again, it is our first house and we didn't have a clue about many things).

She gave us continuous updates and made sure the whole process went as smoothly and calmly as possible (which it was !).

Hedd, we can't thank you enough for all the technical and emotional support you've given us during the last few months, the process would have looked completely different without you.

We couldn't be happier with the new house, and are enjoying it every single day and wish you nothing but the best 🙏

P.S. - you were right, the wide double doors in the living room seamlessly open towards the garden and indeed create a lovely flow between indoor and outdoor spaces.
