Our letting and rent collection service helps landlords that tend to inspect properties by themselves and handles all maintenance questions.

Tenant Fees Holding fee: 

1 weeks rent (contributes toward first months rent and deposit) 

 

Replacement locks:

£120 Replacement keys £12 per key

 

Changes to AST

Changes to the tenancy agreement £50

Late rent charges:

3% above the Bank of England base rent in interest on the late payment of rent from the date the payment is missed

Other Fees:

Pre-Final Inspection Consultation (30 minute consultation at the property to advise on what work must take place if any to guarantee full return of the deposit) £60.

If you withdraw your application or fail your application the fees are non-refundable. However, if your application is successful and the landlord withdraws from the rental agreement you will be fully refunded.

 

Please note that transferring holding/application fees does not guarantee the property. We will confirm if your application is successful and the landlord wishes to proceed with the rental agreement.
