What do our Management Fees Cover? We pride ourselves in being trustworthy and transparent. With that in mind, below is a comprehensive list of all our lettings fees

Ultimate Credit Check for 2 applicants
Draw Up an Occupational Fixed Standard Contract for the Landlord

Notify Utilities
Check out at the end of the tenancy
Transparent fees – Renewal of contracts is charged at £150 unless otherwise agreed.

Other Fees

If you withdraw your application or fail your application the fees are non-refundable. However, if your application is successful and the landlord withdraws from the rental agreement you will be fully refunded.

Please note that transferring holding/application fees does not guarantee the property. We will confirm if your application is successful and the landlord wishes to proceed with the rental agreement.
