Other Fees

Pre-Final Inspection Consultation (30 minute consultation at the property to advise on what work must take place if any to guarantee full return of the deposit) £60. ​
If you withdraw your application or fail your application the fees are non-refundable. However, if your application is successful and the landlord withdraws from the rental agreement you will be fully refunded.

Please note that transferring holding/application fees does not guarantee the property. We will confirm if your application is successful and the landlord wishes to proceed with the rental agreement.
